The best leaders have a strong awareness of their core values - what drives our decision-making, motivates and energizes us, and pushes our buttons of reactivity in the heat of conflict. 

In this workshop, we will take a brief overview on topics:

• What are values?
• How core values relate to interpersonal and professional satisfaction
• Learn how to bridge the gap within value-based conflict. 

Everyone will receive their own deck of personal value cards as a tool to use within their own workplace teams.
